Biscuits au cœur confiture d’orange

Une recette de saison avec ces petits biscuits fourrés à la confiture d’orange maison, comme un avant gout de Noël sur la table du goûter.

Un délice avec des biscuits juste croquants parfumés à la liqueur d’amaretto, d’un peu de vanille liquide maison et fourrés avec une confiture d’orange maison.

J’en profite pour vous souhaiter à toutes et tous de bonnes fêtes de fin d’années.

Biscuits coeur orange

Ingrédients
250 g de farine
1 cuillére à café de levure chimique
110 g de beurre pommade
150 g de sucre roux
1 œuf
1 cuillère à soupe de liqueur d’amaretto
1 cuillère à soupe de vanille liquide
Confiture orange maison.

Mélanger la farine, le beurre pommade, le sucre, l’oeuf, la vanille et la liqueur.
Pétrir jusqu’à former une boule, réserver 30 mn au frigo.

Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

Bien étaler et découper des disques à l’aide d’un emporte pièce.
Déposer un peu de confiture au centre d’un disque.
Recouvrir avec un disque et souder les bords avec les doigts.

Mettre au four 15 minutes.

Laisser refroidir avant de déguster.Biscuits et son coeur confiture orange

  4. En tant que mixologiste, j’ai l’habitude d’utiliser l’amaretto dans certains de mes cocktails mais je ne suis pas aussi bon pâtissier que barman…
    La touche d’amaretto dans la pâte, c’est vraiment bien vu ! Ca lui donne vraiment une bonne saveur… Je suis vraiment content d’avoir découvert cette recette, même si je l’avoue, j’ai remplacé la confiture d’orange par une confiture aux fruits rouge 🙂
