Les délicieux bonbons au caramel et vanille d’Arthur.

Une recette que réalise régulièrement Arthur (sous surveillance quand même) pour nous préparer de délicieux bonbon au caramel et vanille.
Pas de grosses difficultés pour cette recette mais beaucoup d’attention pour éviter de trop bruler la préparation et surtout ne pas laisser durcir avant le découpage.

Ingrédients :
150 grammes de sucre.
50 grammes de sucre vanillé.
200 grammes de crème fraiche.
1 petite cuillère à soupe vanille liquide.

Dans une casserole, mélanger tout les ingrédients.
Porter puis maintenir à faible ébullition pendant 15 minutes.
Toujours bien mélanger, le caramel ne doit pas accrocher au fond de la casserole.
Au bout d’une quinzaine de minutes le mélange prend une couleur marron clair.

Verser le caramel sur un marbre huilé ou une plaque de cuisson huilée.
Bien répartir pour ne pas avoir une grosse épaisseur.

Laisser refroidir 2 /3 minutes et découper alors les bonbons dans le caramel, j’utilise un ciseau à pizza, le caramel ne doit pas avoir durci sinon il va se briser.

Je laisse ensuite refroidir les bonbons avant de les mettre dans une boite.

En général ca part très rapidement …
