Des petits dés de navets croustillants et une crème légère sur des nouilles chinoises.

Mon fils travaille dans le maraîchage, Les Jardins Du Coteau, pas facile en ces temps de confinement alors que les marchés viennent de fermer. La vente à la ferme prend le relais, deux fois par semaine les produits sont écoulés directement du producteur au consommateur.

Mais tous les produits ne s’écoulent pas comme voulu et notamment le navet nouveau. Avec cette recette j’essaie de sortir un peu des plats traditionnels pour essayer proposer le navet dans une version nouilles chinoises, en jouant sur une préparation légèrement sucrée et une crème.

Une partie des navets est émincée, revenue dans le beurre puis pour finir assaisonnée avec un peu de sauce soja. Le reste est bouilli avant d’être mixé avec de la crème, le tout est servi sur des nouilles chinoises. C’est validé à la maison!

Des petits dés de navets croustillants et une crème légère sur des nouilles chinoises.

Ingrédients

  • 4 petits navets

  • 1 petit oignon nouveau

  • deux plaques de nouilles chinoises

  • Un peu de beurre

  • 1 cuillère à café de sauce soja

  • Crème liquide 20 cl

Instructions

  • Couper 2 navets en gros dés et mettre dans de l’eau bouillante salée ou un petit bouillon.
  • Émincer finement 2 navets et l’oignon en petits dés.
  • Faire colorer quelques minutes dans un peu de beurre.
  • Verser la sauce soja et laisse bien colorer, puis réserver.
  • Retirer les dés de navet de l’eau quand la fourchette se plante à cœur.
  • Mixer et ajouter de la crème juste à obtenir une mousse nappante.
  • Faites réchauffer doucement les dés de navets au soja et la crème.
  • Cuire les nouilles chinoises selon l’indication sur le paquet, en général quelques minutes après ébullition.
  • Dans un bol ou une assiette creuse, déposer les pâtes, un peu de crème sur le dessus et finir par les dés de navets au soja.
